Consuming the Spirit of Religion

Design Description:

This banner is based on the regional flag of Galicia in Spain. The diagonal band is sky blue or light cobalt. The religious symbolism of the shield in the centre has burst into flame. This holy fire represents the Glory and presence of God, His holiness, cleansing and purifying power. He is a jealous God Who wants His people to worship Him alone.

It is a prophetic statement of the plans of God to reignite all of His people who have become brittle and dry - transforming us into a passionate, consuming fireball that will spread out and change the world for Him. Much like the early days when the apostles ranged out across the nations without the heavy expectation of religious ritual, these fireballs will again roam the earth igniting it with the power of God.

Let the Holy Spirit expose the religious in our midst and burn away the dross, setting us free to be his witnesses in Jerusalem, in Judea, in Samaria and to the very ends of the earth!
