I’m David and I began this journey in 1997 with the help of Sue Henderson.
I'd been experimenting with banners for a couple of years, but when I saw Sue's hand-painted silk, I knew I had found what I was looking for! What followed has been an incredible journey!
My mission? To lead our fantastic team and discover where the Lord is guiding us next, empowering and inspiring individuals across nations to unfurl and wield banners powerfully and effectively.
Right now, I'm captivated by the "Warriors Arise" banner! It perfectly captures the divine call many are all feeling in these times. I want to help people answer the call!

I’m Bridget and I’ve been part of the team since July 2024.
My main roles include Customer Service, Office and Website Management and Bookkeeping.
I enjoy doing this because it is different every day! Getting to work with customers from all over the world is exciting- although my French could do with some work!!
I love the banner "Peace" and need to declare it over my world. Having four little girls keeps me on my toes, so Peace is always required (maybe Patience should be a close second!)

I’m Leah, I have been with the team since March 2025.
I draw and paint each banner by hand from inspired designs that have been ministering to people all over the word for decades.
I love what I do because, like the builders of the tabernacle, I am making a home for the Holy Spirit as He speaks to His people.
The implicit blessing imparted with a hand-painted design is important and I ask the Spirit of Wisdom to bless the owner of every banner I paint.
Picking one banner is nearly impossible, but if I had to choose one it would have to be “Creativity”.
I’m relying on His boundless creativity each day as I’m drawing and painting in the studio. His creativity inspires mine.

I’m Sue, and I was there at the very beginning. I painted the first banner in 1997 and we developed over 80 designs together after that.
My current roles include sewing, washing and ironing and a bit of painting coaching.
I get satisfaction from doing this because I believe in the impact of the banners on people and regions. I am happy to be part of the behind-the -scenes work that go into creating a hand-painted silk banner.
Currently my banner of choice is “Glorious Victory”. To me it represents the glory and faithfulness of God and I am so encouraged that more than 20 years later the banners are still impacting peoples’ lives all around the world.

I’m Daniel and I'm the newest member pf the team. I joined in February 2025.
I’m focussed on optimising processes within Free People and also turning my hand to communicating better with people who love our banners.
I’m also supporting others in the team as we work on getting the products to you simpler and quicker from the USA, France or Australia.
My favourite banner at the moment is “The Lion of Judah Striking”, in part because having Him burst out of the banner makes it a strong banner, and part because I think we need to remember and draw on His strength in the world we are living in.

My name is Domi. Since July 2024, armed with cardboard boxes, a box cutter, and lots of tape, I've been happily preparing shipments of poles and books to Europe!
I'm also one of the leaders of the association Entre Ciel et Terre, whose vision is to equip, bring together, and encourage banner bearers in the French-speaking world. I've been involved for several years in preparing David's French tours.
I love doing this as I believe banners are spiritual tools through which God manifests Himself powerfully. I want to help as many people as possible experience this!
At present, my preferred banner is “The Lion of Judah, My Defence”. God knows each of my circumstances and He defends me from all those who want to steal my joy and my hope.

I’m Linda I've been a part of the team for many years , officially since 2010. I met David years before in North Carolina and loved worshiping with the banners. I even had the fun of being in his book!
I’m the Americas Distributor, which means I house Out of Our Minds books, DVDs and poles for the Americas and ship orders out to customers in North, South and Central America. I also help with customer care in this part of the world.
My favourite way to use banners is as tools for prayer. To wrap a person in a banner and declare who God is over their need is a tangible, powerful way to minister to others!
I guess right now my favourite banner is “Healing” ...and “Yet Will I Rejoice”...and.... “Breath of God” and ..
