Terms of Service

1.       Who We Are

We are a not-for-profit charity registered in Australia. Proceeds from the sale of banners support Out of Our Minds Banners’ and Free People’s Ministries and the work of David Stanfield.

2.       Handmade Nature

Each banner is hand-painted and unique. Colours, patterns, and sizes may vary slightly. These variations are part of their distinct uniqueness.

3.       Use of Banners

Banners are intended to be waved, wrapped or draped for worship, ministry, display, or decoration. They should be handled with care. They are not suitable for outdoor use in extreme weather, but are made to be used well and loved!

4.       Orders & Payments

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Prices are listed in local currencies and will vary as exchange rates change.

5.       Shipping & Delivery

We aim to paint, sew and dispatch orders within 3 weeks within Australia, and 4 weeks internationally.

Obviously, delivery times vary depending on location and shipping provider.

If applicable, customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes incurred at their national border.

6.       Returns & Exchanges

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 30 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7.       Intellectual Property

The designs and photographic images of our banners are owned by Out of Our Minds Banners.

You may not reproduce, copy, or sell our designs without written permission from us.

8.       Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for misuse of banners (e.g., damage caused by exposure to elements, improper handling or washing.).

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or other events outside our control.

9.       Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and stay in contact with you (name, address, email, phone number and payment method).

Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order, and internal marketing such as emailed newsletters.

10.  Changes to Terms

We may need to update our Terms of Service from time to time. By placing an order we and you agree to the terms at the time you placed the order.
